Modular system with both FDM and extrusion of emulsifiable materials.

  • Max Build Volume: 225 x 200 x 200mm

Clean cylinders after each use! Not doing so will ruin them.

  • VOL-25 - For heated emulsifiables
  1. Clean the cylinders after each use! Not doing so will ruin them.
  2. Cleaning bees wax: hold part with pliers, heat up with very hot water. Wipe off with paper towel. Clean threads with a pin
  3. Cleaning Plasticine
Heated toolholder

Insert cylinder in heated holder

  1. unscrew the cylinder front collar
  2. slide cylinder down in the toolholder
  3. tighten the 3 bolts of the toolholder
  4. reattach front collar to the cylinder

  1. unscrew the cylinder front collar
  2. unscrew the 3 bolts of the toolholder
  3. slide cylinder upward
  1. Cylinders can be swapped out for larger volume prints.
    1. M0 x0 y200 (Pauses the print and brings the tool head forward so the current cylinder can be swapped out for a new one. When ready, press continue).
  2. Keep cylinders CLEAN. Dry material inside is the #1 problem.
  3. No air in cylinders. Air will make the material delivery spongy. Accurate control is impossible this way.
  4. manuals are at Desktop > repetrel > Manuals. Check the Accessories folder for manuals about the toolheads.
  5. Choosing another Slicer Profile
    1. Make sure you select first the project file (Main) and then the 3D object in the project window before choosing a new slicing profile. This is a quirk of the Repetrel software. Make sure to Add consistent notes to the slicer profiles, so you can notice them in the G-code preview (they are printed on top of the file). This makes it easier to see exactly which profile you selected
  1. While it is possible to print with food products, we do not recommend it, due to the difficulty of insuring sanitary conditions.
