Fill holes

Go to menu 'Analysis' > Inspector. All holes and other errors will be indicated. Blue is easy to solve, red indicated problems might be more problematic to fix.

Set the mode to 'Flat Fill' to simply close the holes

Set the mode to 'Smooth Fill' to try following the geometry when filling the holes.
