Join two meshes by closing the gap between them.

Join two meshes by smoothing out the overlapping parts

Join two meshes by snapping one of them to the surface of the other.

Select a flat surface.

Fill holes.

Find all the objects in menu 'View' > Show Object Browser

Adjust the snap increments with the arrow keys
